It contains Glu98 Leu231.[Accession P26717] Molecular Weight The protein has a predicted MW of 15. 3 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 35 55 kDa based on SDS PAGE result. Endotoxin Less than 1EU per g by the LAL method. Purity > 95% as determined by SDS PAGE and HPLC.
